Shaking Things Up
Harvey's Breakfast Club is a London-based pop-up reimagining breakfast by pairing bold global flavors with the comfort of everyday classics.
We are proud to partner with and promote local businesses, using their products in our dishes, hosting pop-ups at their spaces, and co-creating recipes that celebrate innovation and diversity.

A Piece of New York's Food Scene In London
What started as a bit of homesickness and a craving for American breakfast classics like a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese (B.E.C.) Bagel — quickly grew into something more.
While living in New York City, I fell in love with how its vibrant diversity shaped the food scene. With NYC being so densely populated, different cultures and cuisines coexist beautifully, thriving side by side and are enjoyed by all.
London is just as diverse, and through Harvey's, I want to introduce people to the rich cultures that exist here by highlighting their flavors in familiar, comforting dishes people already know and love.

About The Founder
I grew up just outside of Washington, D.C., the son of Vietnamese refugees who arrived in the U.S. in the 1970s after the Vietnam War. Growing up, I wrestled with identity — never feeling fully American because of how I looked or the meals we ate at home, yet never fully Vietnamese since I barely spoke the language and didn’t visit the country until adulthood.
Over time, traveling around the world helped me see the beauty in being between cultures. Life doesn’t have to fit neatly into one box — it can be a blend of different influences, creating something unique and meaningful. That’s the spirit I aim to celebrate with Harvey's.

Who is Harvey?
When I was growing up, I felt ashamed by my Asian-American heritage, and wanted so badly to just be "American". So I started using 'Harvey' as a username for online accounts — subconsciously doing anything to feel more "American". Looking back, it’s sad to think I ever felt that way.
But since then, I’ve learned to embrace and celebrate every part of who I am. Naming this 'Harvey’s' is about taking back control and is a testament to how far I’ve come personally — a way to turn that old shame into pride.
